Bjørn Mannsverk
Partner, Co-founder and Advisor
About
Bjørn Mannsverk is a former fighter pilot with over 25 years in active service. He has several assignments with international operations in both Afghanistan and Libya.

For Bjørn, the experiences from the fighter aircraft environment are his greatest reference for high-performance environments.

After his military career, Bjørn has become a sought-after performance developer. He has had a major influence on Norwegian top sport, especially through his contribution to the soccer club Bodø/Glimt since 2017. Bjørn has been credited as one of the key figures behind the club's success, including their journey to the top of Europe.
He has also contributed his expertise to the handball club Kolstad, and in 2020 he was employed as a performance developer for the Norwegian Oil Fund.
Bjørn is portrayed in the media as a mental coach who performed mental miracles in the Bodø/Glimt dressing room. Bjorn rejects miracles "It takes hard labour, awareness of right and wrong, and discipline. No quick fix!”
